Terms & Conditions
All garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders. We also reserve the right to replace any items with an item of similar type, however we always endeavour to supply the items as requested.
The photographs for each item are only shown as a guide. In some instances the item you receive may not exactly match the item shown.
Sizes for garments are as a guide only.
We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to garments that have been tumble dried or washed at temperatures above 40 degrees.
Delivery & Lead Time
Lead time - Standard lead time 10-14 working days from artwork approval.
Any shortage on deliveries must be notified to the courier and Reinspire.co.uk Ltd immediately and in writing within 3 days.
Damaged or opened cartons must be checked or refused on delivery.
Please note delivery dates quoted are a guide only and will not be legally binding unless specified as part of a contract. Once the goods have been dispatched with a courier or Royal Mail we are unable to accept responsibility for any delays on delivery.
Refunds Due to the customised nature of the products we supply we are unable to provide a refund unless the product is faulty.
Refunds will only be processed with prior agreement by Reinspire.co.uk Ltd. All requests for refunds need to be received in writing within 3 days, stating the required reason for refund.
Exchanges and Returns are not possible when:
- The item has been customised
- The item has been washed or worn
- Any attempt has been made to repair any defect
- Returned cheques will be charged at £30 per representation.
What happens if I want to cancel an order?
We try to ensure the shortest possible delivery time.
We aim to offer short lead times and some orders are dispatched within hours. This would mean that we would be unable to offer a refund.
Once an order is placed and process costs are then incurred from artwork and administrative costs and also restocking and carriage charges from our suppliers. In the event that an order is cancelled then charges will be incurred.
Goods returns - What is your returns policy?
The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a customers specifications". We are unable to accept any returns unless we have made an error or there is a fault with the garments. If you believe you have received faulty goods, please contact us for further instructions.
